WorkSpeed is a cloud-based communication hub for Servus Facilities Management Staff as well as our clients, to submit and complete on-demand Service Requests. Real-time tracking, comprehensive workflows and inactivity alerts ensure effective, transparent request fulfillment. The system also boasts a native mobile application allowing Service Request creation, dispatch, accepting, completing and summarizing of requests on today’s most popular mobile platforms.
WorkSpeed’s Preventive Maintenance module leverages commercial real estate best practices and standards to ensure effective maintenance programs that extend asset life spans. Asset libraries, along with management of service contracts and warranties, empower on-time maintenance and inspections of all crucial assets on a scheduled basis. Ad-hoc repair requests can also be created using this module, and are tracked against an asset’s service history. The data gathered on assets using this module can be analysed through the use of WorkSpeed’s reporting tools to assist the Facilities Managers in prudent and feasible decision-making regarding asset maintenance and replacement.
WorkSpeed’s Mobile Support allows all key functionality to be performed real-time in the field with mobile applications for iPhone®, Android™, and BlackBerry®. Whether it is a tenant submitting a Service Request, a Facilities Manager accepting and completing work, or walking the grounds and creating self-assigned Service Requests, Mobile Support allows effective interaction with the system from virtually anywhere.

WorkSpeed provides Service Request statistical data, preventive maintenance statistics, complete maintenance history of building assets, tracking and measurement of portfolio health according to specific success criteria, identifying immediate opportunities for improvement and creating an efficient operational experience. The extensive reporting library also allows for all operational information to be accessed as needed.
