The ideal candidate must be willing to live and work in Guyana and will lead initiatives to identify, analyze and recommend specific business opportunities for profitable growth and diversification of Dyrock-Servus Inc. The successful candidate will be required to direct and oversee the activities of facility management strategy and business development within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the strategic planning process and coordinate the development and implementation of plans to support the strategic vision and direction of the company.
- Provide plans and assist in identifying appropriate strategic partners to drive various growth initiatives.
- Direct and oversee the activities of facility management strategy and the collaboration of Business Development strategies aiming at identifying, analyzing, and recommending specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of facility management services to prospective clients.
- Arrange meetings and conduct presentations to prospective clients
- Assist in Tender preparations where necessary
- Complete site audits periodically to ensure that the highest standards are met on each client’s building and provide a report on areas of improvement to the Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
- Ability to develop, define, and articulate strategic business plans
- Budgeting & costing skills are required
- Ability to prepare business cases, write reports, and procedure/process manuals
