Servus Limited is currently initiating a search for an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the repair of all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshooting support on all HVAC equipment including coolers.
- Provide critical input and oversight of all metal duct components as well as the installation of all aspects of HVAC systems
- Monitor and intervene to achieve resolutions for all emergency alarms in HVAC systems and provide technical advice regarding the repair of all ventilating and air conditioning units
- Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of all data center applications, chillers, dehumidification systems, and all maintenance activities for various technicians
- Design and provide enhancements to all conservation programs and perform troubleshooting interventions on equipment
- Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for the same in support of customer objectives
- Provide technical support for all HVAC equipment and perform calculations to facilitate the implementation of approved plans for HVAC equipment
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions
- Maintain all deliverables for projects to achieve optimal quality within required timeframes as well as coordinated with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements
- Perform audits on all HVAC systems, collect data and perform periodic evaluations
- Monitor all information captured in physical or electronic means and manage all change processes as well as resolution of all issues
- Analyze and perform required calculations for HVAC load programs as well as consult, monitor, and advise on all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment including improvements.
Requirements
- An Engineering Degree with at least 3 years of experience or
- An HVAC qualification with at least 3 years of management experience
- Practical working experience in the HVAC design field
