The building which was designed to look like a ship, comprises five (5) storeys, a basement and a roof top terrace as well as an atrium to the internal courtyard and which allows natural light to enter the building. In 2018, company embarked on a drive to decrease their energy footprint which resulted in a 30% reduction. Servus also provides full Integrated Facilities Management services to all other Guardian Life Locations across Trinidad and Tobago.
