That’s why we always try to invest in their development, whether it’s through training, mentorship, or professional development workshops. This year, we decided to celebrate Administrative Professionals Week by hosting a series of Business Professionalism workshops.
The informative and engaging sessions allowed our team members to share their site-specific experiences. These sharing opportunities provided an excellent venue for finding where there may have been any common learnings or ideas that could lead to creating more productive working relationships going forward.
The workshops were facilitated by Ms. Lara Quentrall-Thomas of Regency Recruitment Limited who did an amazing job of keeping the sessions engaging and interactive. The feedback we received from our team members was overwhelmingly positive and we are already planning to make this an annual event. We believe that investing in the development of our team members is essential to the success of our business and we are committed to providing opportunities for them to grow professionally.
